The OSV gives you large outside storage compartments and a roomy interior work space with shelves for additional cargo. The optional rear conduit chute provides for interior storage of pipe, conduit, and other materials up to 10 feet in length.

•Entire body shell constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant 14 ga. and 16 ga. A-40 galvannealed steel.
•Floor is 1/8” safety treadplate steel, 541/2” wide, with no wheel boxes for single rear wheel and 3” wheel boxes for dual wheel.
•Distinctive die-formed automotive style fenders provide tire clearance for all truck applications.
•All bodies are electrocoated with a light gray epoxy e-coat primer.
•Entire body underside covered wtih rust-preventative automotive type undercoating.
•9” x 34” windows in rear doors are standard
•18 ga. galvannealed steel one-piece top section overlaps side panels to ensure shedding of water.
•Interior roof bows are 14 ga. galvannealed steel.

•7 ga. formed steel channel cross members at front and rear

•4-14 ga. boxed formed steel channel longitudinal floor stiffeners interlaced with cross members give added strength in critical areas at rear of body and in wheel well area.
•20 ga. galvannealed steel double-panel doors with steel “C” channel reinforcement bonded between the panels for maximum strength and the elimination of weld marks.
•Door panels are bonded together with structural adhesive to eliminate welds.
•Stainless steel door hinges are bolted on for ease of replacement and interior mounted at top, bottom, and middle of door for greater security.
