KM 602 CLAMSHELL BUCKET

The KM 602 is a rugged grab for loose goods, distinguished by its high throughput. The special shape of the buckets and the wide separation between their axes make for wide opening and optimum filling characteristics.

The working edges are vertical when the buckets are open, which allows them to plunge deep into a pile of material. The specially shaped reinforcements give the buckets the necessary stability. The frame is effectively torsion-free, thanks to the precisely calculated stiffing plates. A thoroughly robust design all around.

The combined compensator mechanism and cylinder guard brings many advantages: the bucket always acts symmetrically, the piston rod and seals last longer, and there are significant savings in weight.

All bearing bushes consist of a hard-wearing bronze alloy with built-in grease pockets to prevent them running dry. The proven V-ring seal prevents water and dirt entering the main bearings. The pivots of the hydraulic cylinder and compensator are now equally well protected: redesigned bushes with integrated sealing rings on both sides increase their service life.

KM 414 Crane Fork with mechanical compensation of center of gravity in form of a clamp strap located on upper beam. Therefore center of gravity is infinitely variable. Height adjustable from 41 1/3" to 65". Tines adjustable from approximately 13 1/3" to 37". Easy tine adjustment with notch lever. Suspension eye for either flange rotator or crane hook is included.

Improve your ballasting productivity. Simply raise the hopper to your location, extend the heavy duty square tubing legs, place the hopper on the roof and fill the hopper using a clam bucket or conveyor. A single lever trap allows easy filling of your power buggies or spreaders for fast productive material disbursement.

TRUCK UTILITIES HEAVY DUTY TEAR-OFF BOX - 3 YARD CAPACITY

Improve your tear-off productivity. Simply place the hydraulically dumping tear-off box on the roof, fill the hopper, using the crane to place hopper over a dumpster, rolloff, or dump truck and open the hydraulically operated doors on the bottom dumping the contents. Two separate two-legged slings quickly detach from the load hook to facilitate easier loading of the box. Eliminates the ground man for unhooking and dumping slings.
